- 15 min — Demo of the week (rotating: Starling, Reflexion, Murmuration, Brain, FRAKMA)
- 25 min — Open Q&A / stack reviews / “ask me anything”
- 10 min — What’s shipping next + community shoutouts
- 5 min — Wrap, links, what to bring next week
Who facilitates
Rotating among Stewards and Working Group leads. Schedule lives in schedule.md.
Notes & recordings
Each session lands as a markdown file: YYYY-MM-DD.md. Template in TEMPLATE.md.
After each session:
- Open a PR with the session notes
- Upload the recording to YouTube and link it in the notes
- Cross-post highlights to warblecloud.com/showcase via the admin portal
Anti-patterns
- ❌ Marketing pitches — this is a community space, not a sales channel
- ❌ Confidential roadmap leaks — public-only, in writing
- ❌ “Take it offline” — if a question matters to one person, it usually matters to ten
