Labs · how we work

How we do things

WarbleCloud LLC is a Silver partner of The Linux Foundation and the Agentic AI Foundation. The engineering philosophy is meticulous: tech-driven and data-driven. We build the breakthrough peacefully, then grade the outcome. Elanor, the goldfinch, is the lab mascot.

These notes match the cluster. Figures on the simulator are lab fixtures until a tool returns a source.

Bounded contexts stay separate

Device telemetry does not share a model with customer engagement. A packet crosses only as a named event, checked at the boundary. The commercial product is Warble Cloud. This site is the lab.

Spend is labeled

There is no BigQuery billing export yet. FinOps tools return mock FOCUS rows with source: mock, or live GKE inventory with an empty cost. We do not publish those mock dollars as the bill.

Training goes to RunPod

The GKE L4 pool cannot start on the free tier. Avirka QLoRA is pointed at the RunPod subscription. It starts when the API key and template id are set.

Sign-in

GitLab is at git.warblecloud.com. GitHub via Dex is wired for the warbletech org and waits on the OAuth app. Root remains the break-glass login.

Research partner projects

A project has one buyer question: which stack, which model path, or which cost source. We write the boundary, run it on the customer's cloud, and stop when the next engineer can own it. Open work is the FinOps export, the RunPod training seat, and the GitHub OAuth app for GitLab.
